@QUANTAMEDICAL if you wanna go Syslog Analytics you just need the first SKU. --Michael@BWC

@Jeong for Gen6 you can enforce all DNS traffic run through the DNS proxy, but be aware this counts for UDP requests only, AFAIK. Manage -> System Setup -> Network -> DNS Proxy You need to check if this has checked in Gen7, but the options there are the same. I would rather set up forwarding DNS requests from the DNS…

IMHO there is no way, at least via the Web Management Interface. It might be possible through external scripting or NSM. --Michael@BWC

@sohand word in the community was that this is fixed in Firmware 7.0.1-5030, which I highly recommend for many reasons. --Michael@BWC

Why not just following the Thread I linked above? It includes the official KB-article from SNWL around that topic. After reading that and following the steps you can compare it with other sources in case it does not work. --Michael@BWC

@Larry I had a similar case this week regarding Amazon myself. I'am still in the process to wrap my head around it. It seems to be related to a specific certificate issued to the Amazon servers for *.peg.a2z.com. Whenever this certificate is served the DPI-SSL does not work. It seems that some form of Load Balancer causes…

I stand by what I wrote above, 10.10.1.0/24 is assigned to X3 and need to be connected therefore. I did not read the whole discussion that you mentioned, but this caught my eye: You may need more switches to deal with the additional hosts on your second subnet (LAN_2). You should create a VLAN and attach X3 to it and put…

@Neta if X3 is not connected IMHO that cannot work, because the Firewall is expecting 10.10.1.0/24 via X3. --Michael@BWC
-
@Neta is the "No link" Status on X3 temporary? You cannot ping any of the PCs in the X0 LAN from the X3 LAN? Because of Internet, did you checked your LAN -> WAN Routes that it covers your X3 subnet as well? --Michael@BWC
-
@Neta both Interfaces X0 and X3 are members of the Zone LAN and Interface Trust for that Zone is enabled? If not you have to add additional Access Rules. --Michael@BWC
-
@jkokernak additionally what @Nat wrote, don't forget to add proper Access Rules from SSLVPN -> WAN, then you should be good to go. --Michael@BWC

@jmc this is covered with the mentioned SKU: Add SonicWall 24x7 Support to receive around-the-clock technical support for your mission-critical network requirements. Includes 24x7x365 telephone, email and Web-based support, software and firmware updates and upgrades, Advance Exchange hardware replacement and access to…

@Integra you can add the IP from the supplier to the VPN access tab of your users/groups and with adding a Firewall Rule VPN -> WAN you can allow the access. The supplier will see the IP of your VPN gateway. It's somewhat the same like Tunnel instead, but more like Tunnel some for that matter. --Michael@BWC

@jmc are you talking about a TZ 370 hardware only, plain appliance with SKU 02-SSC-2825? I'am not sure if you can get it without any Support Services. Bare minimum is IMHO one of these if you don't wanna activate any security services. 02-SSC-6613 SonicWall TZ 370 Subscription 8X5 Support, 1 Year 02-SSC-6615 SonicWall TZ…
