@Simon_Weel they'll be logged in the Event Log. --Michael@BWC

What Service is listening on Port 8080, Firewall HTTP Management? If yes, what Firmware you're running? It occurs to me that 8080 is a NAT to a internal HTTP Service running on an IIS? /doc/page/login.asp isn't something I can see in relevance with a SNWL. If it's a Web Application you might be better off asking this…

@Simon_Weel did you enabled "Log Virus URI" within the internal settings which might give you a hint? https://x.x.x.x/sonicui/7/m/mgmt/settings/diag --Michael@BWC

@frank123 if your tunnel configuration is properly configured (including all relevant local and remote networks on both sides), did you added the main site network in the VPN access tab of your remote site to have the client traffic destined to main routed via GVC? The traffic should be handled then via VPN-VPN Access…

@samaj you don't like to check with the SNWL website, do you? --Michael@BWC

@Ralph when you checked with the Packet Monitor, did you had a look at the Server Hello the Anydesk Servers provided and made sure that none of these were issued by your DPI-SSL CA? I wouldn't exclude by IPs if there are to many involved. If it's SSL/TLS related the CN exclusion should work just fine. App Control might not…

@PaulKuefler did you tried changing the Link Speed from Auto Negotiation to 1 Gbps or 100 Mbps to avoid any issues on that front? --Michael@BWC

@jzkkn5 all good, but you realized that the Title of this Thread is "Gen6 - Cloud Backup broken in 6.5.4.9", mixing topics should be noted 😉 --Michael@BWC

@DisaRicks every SNWL Partner should have that information, quote them the SKU and they'll find it. 01-SSC-1440 SonicWall TZ 400 Subscription AGSS Bundle, 1 Year, inkl. Capture ATP 01-SSC-1441 SonicWall TZ 400 Subscription AGSS Bundle, 2 Years, inkl. Capture ATP 01-SSC-1442 SonicWall TZ 400 Subscription AGSS Bundle, 3…

@Ralph cleanup drops are usually no problem, you should monitor the whole traffic between the endpoint and AnyNet to have a look if the exclusion really works or another CN is involved which might need to be excluded. --Michael@BWC
-
@Ralph did you do a Packet-Monitor to see if the Traffic is still inspected (rewritten) by DPI-SSL? --Michael@BWC

@maxpetcom no problem on my end, I could create cases with a manual S/N. Did you checked with another Browser already? It happens a lot that Browser A suddenly stops working, but Browser B is fine. --Michael@BWC

@Ralph I can't recall having any general trouble with AnyDesk and DPI-SSL, but I remember an unconventional CN Exclusion named "AnyNet Relay" (without Quotes). Do you have this CN already excluded and still not working? --Michael@BWC

@Larry deleting old backup will not do anything for 6.5.4.9, it might help for 6.5.4.8 and lower. My Appliance showed no cloud backup available, MSW showed 4 of them, lovin it. --Michael@BWC

@sonictek break free with boundless cybersecurity, forget about backups 🤔 Marketing is so much more important than solid groundwork these days. --Michael@BWC
