@DanBuzzo is it listed under Manage -> Policies -> Objects -> Adress Objects? Was your Configuration migrated somehow to the current Appliance from an older one? --Michael@BWC
-
@DanBuzzo your Firewall is running SonicOS 6.5.4.11? --Michael@BWC
-
@DanBuzzo this is really strange, but did you scrolled down further, because the WAN RemoteAccess Networks object is not directly besides these other WAN named objects. It's at the very end on top of the X Interfaces, I guess it's sorted Groups first and then Objects. --Michael@BWC

@DanBuzzo I checked on an Appliance running 6.5.4.11 with Firefox and Google Chrome, it showed the Network as expected. Did you tried a different Browser already or scrolled down the available networks to find the entry manually? --Michael@BWC

@Nicodonald to the best of my knowledge this is not possible. I never had to this and would probably used a Mikrotik Router for that demand. But maybe it's worth to open up a RFE (Request for Enhancement) with your SNWL Rep. --Michael@BWC

@boe you got me tricked. If you're running the Gen6 UI you need to change this setting of course on the /diag.html page. Just change main.html to diag.html in your browser address bar and search for GUI. --Michael@BWC
-
@Daveberts I had my take on DNS requests on Gen7 too, but noone gave a sh*t. --Michael@BWC

@boe did you checked the Internal Settings for the Option "SonicUI7 as default management GUI"? It should be enabled if you like it that way. Log into your Firewall and change the URL in your Browser to: https://<firewallip>:<port>/sonicui/7/m/mgmt/settings/diag --Michael@BWC

@boe Failover & Load Balancing isn't flexible enough for that job, but it can be done with Policy Based Routing (PBR). Just create a two Route Policies looking like this: Source: VLAN 10 + 30 Subnet Destination: Any Gateway: X1 Default Gateway Interface: X1 Metric 1 Source: VLAN 40 Subnet Destination: Any Gateway: X2…

@TRO I'am late to the party, but since yesterday after updating to iOS 16.1 (GA), MobileConnect is stuck while Connecting to the SMA with SSLVPN protocol. WireGuard is working fine. The SMA is showing the User as connected with SSLVPN protocol, but MobileConnect isn't working. --Michael@BWC
-
Thanks @Micah it's a relief to see that the public facing services like Email Security and SMA 1000 are not impacted, hopefully that will not change later on. --Michael@BWC

@TKWITS as usual, radio silence. I know PSIRT yada yada yada, but at least Partners should be informed properly first to assess the Situation. commons-text is listed over here, so my guess is that it is still used or was used before. --Michael@BWC

@Arkwright there will be a Log entry for Flood Protection, but it wasn't reported. Hopefully the 5 Messages per Second (probably around 10 Packets) will not hit the 20K limit which is configured at the moment :) I believe UDP Flood Protection has a seperate Drop Code, #171 or something. --Michael@BWC

@Juan_Moreno did you escalated with Support already to get this investigated? If it's a general 16.1 problem I guess it'll grow in the next days/weeks when 16.1 hits GA. --Michael@BWC

@Trailcamper I don't wanna update my iPhone to 16.1 right now, but did I found a report that 16.1 had VPN trouble on multiple platforms (Cisco, OpenVPN, ...) and a possible solution was: VPN not working on iPad after this update. Readers reported issues for Cisco IPSec VPN (Bog), OpenVPN (Jason), and 1.1.1.1 VPN (Vignesh…
