@Trevor I installed it right away and it worked without any new issues so far. First customers are scheduled for an update later this week. --Michael@BWC

@RalphT you can create a Tunnel Interface for IKEv1 (Main Mode) or IKEv2, it only depends on what your remote peer supports. --Michael@BWC

Firmware 10.0.24 got released, let's see how long it lasts this time. 🤦♂️ --Michael@BWC

@Asif_Iqbal the drop is just for multicast which can be safely ignored by now. For seeing some ARP requests you might need to clear the caches of the involved equipment or just restart it which should work too. You might also look for DHCP packets EtherType: IP, IP Type: UDP, Destination Port 67,68 ... this will show you…

@Asif_Iqbal I would first have a look what's going on at X24:V18, leave everything else on default. Don't forget to start the Packet-Monitor :) From there you could search for dropped packets or ARP requests, which might get received with a wrong VLAN id etc. If possible you can explictely trace only ARP, just clear the…

Did you do a Packet-Monitor on Interface X24:V18 to see if there are any drops or ARP requests at all? --Michael@BWC

@Asif_Iqbal you should delete the Default Gateway on that Interface, I can't tell the exact impact but it's not needed. The DHCP scope on your DHCP server is configured correctly as well? --Michael@BWC

@Asif_Iqbal 10.32.40.10 is the VLAN Interface IP of your SNWL for the Guest WIFI? Ping is enabled in the Interface settings for that? How about the correct subnet mask of scope and interface settings? --Michael@BWC

You gotta be kidding me, did Firmware 10.0.23 got pulled as well? --Michael@BWC

Best approach (IMHO, because it does not need much performance) would be to block on DNS level, sadly built-in DNS Security cannot block whole TLDs. Maybe this is something worth considering for SonicOS 7.1 which will enhance that topic. --Michael@BWC

There are plenty of terminal apps available for macOS, I'am using ZOC for ages but you could even use screen from the Command Line. Minicom (via Homebrew?) might be another option for you. But you need a supported USB-to-Serial Converter. You might even give the SonicExpress App a shot, I never used it though. --Michael@BWC

@mimiz the appliance came with a cable, you just need an USB-to-Serial converter for that. --Michael@BWC
-
@mimiz is the appliance reachable by ping? If not it might be a different story and you should consider connecting via serial console. If ping goes through, try a different Browser, I'am having a hard time with Google Chrome (on macOS), Firefox acted always better. --Michael@BWC

@jdarling if it's related to a special character you might download a TSR and search for \u or just \ this should show what object is messing things up like over here: --Michael@BWC
