Hi @Masayuki@MasterRoshi thats great, I wasn't aware that this feature is well documented, wasn't even looking to be honest because it has to enabled on the Internal settings page which is usually a not well documented part. Will try tomorrow on a new deployment. --Michael@BWC

Hi @J_M0eckel it's a simple deployment, All-in-One, in the meantime the address is no longer blocked as DHA, the usermap.xml was fine all the time, no alerts. It's one of the situation with ESA that makes you think WTF. No biggie when happening with my own appliance, but it really sucks explaining such stuff to customers.…

Hi @odanielsantiago__ I cannot tell you something about the on-prem Analytics, but usually you've got S/N and Auth-Code when purchasing a license or requesting a trial license. I guess you have to go through sales for this, I'am not able to request a trial through the MySonicWall-Portal. --Michael@BWC

Sorry for hijacking, but did anyone experienced the same that with Internet Explorer 11 you'll not be able to select a domain on the logon screen? The developer tools / console show some errors when clicking on the drop down box. Is this a known issue? --Michael@BWC

Hi Mahmoud, manual sync worked flawlessly, it took a while but all settings seem to be in sync now. I was under the impression that the settings sync automatically, but I was mistaken here. BUT the imported certificates are not synced back into CSC-MA, is there anything else missing which is not that obvious? --Michael@BWC

You mean deleting the appliances from the CSC and adding it again? Frankly I don't wanna CSC as my main configuration interface, because it's so slow, compared to the local configuration on the appliance. Matter of fact, mostly all cloud services (HES, CSC, ...) are pretty slow. --Michael@BWC

Hi @MasterRoshi thanks for the info, the list of known issues must be long already, considering the fact that the last update was 5 (!) months ago. Do you have information when we can expect an update for SonicOS addressing the currently known problems? I'll probably create a ticket for this. --Michael@BWC

Hi @Bijumenon what do you want to accomplish? You can import (it's just a reference) groups from the AD and give either VPN access or create specific firewall rules for them. You need to have AD (LDAP) authentication enabled. If you have specific questions, I and others are here to help, but in general the answer to your…

Hi, I'am using CSC-MA for my TZ 400 at home and checked back. Settings are still not imported after 1 1/2 month, a fetch information did not helped either. Capture ATP log only shows up to March 30th. CSC-MA is preempting but not doing it's thing. --Michael@BWC

Hi @JamesD multiple portals usually work very well. All you have to do is setting the Virtual Host Settings. Virtual Host Domain Name, e.g. sales.company.com, and of you course you have to access the portal by that name :) Virtual Host Interface is set to All Interfaces, otherwise more specific firewall settings would be…

Hi @Eurotech_FZCO2003 I guess you meant there isn't any packet drop on the firewall? You should check with the packet-monitor and not rely on the event log. I'am afraid it looks like that it isn't a firewall issue, maybe the Windows firewall on the SQL server? Can you log the access attempts on the SQL server to see if…

Hi @Eurotech_FZCO2003 OK, so it's not SMA related. Do you have all the needed destinations in your VPN access tab for the users? Do you see any packets dropped on the firewall? The SQL server is in the same network as the other servers? Can you ping the SQL server (or the other servers)? --Michael@BWC

Hi @Eurotech_FZCO2003 I'am missing some information here. You're connected through NetExtender/Mobile Connect? The error message is shown in the SMA log, the bookmark in the browser or on the client itself? From my point of view I would suggest that your user is trying to connect to an UNC path and need domain credentials…

Hi @djhurt1 the objects you mentioned are automatically created and reflect the interface settings for X0 and X2. Usually such small networks are created only if there is a nother router (core switch) and the subnets are only used as transfer networks. But this is just a guess. --Michael@BWC

Hi @jquintao in my opinion you did an downgrade, because the 10.2 branch is "technically newer" than the 10.0 branch. I'am not sure that this is supported and intended but I guess you got confused because of the release date of 10.0.0.4 which is newer than 10.2, but for a different branch (which are currently 3 of them…
