Hi @Camilo when the appliance is registered and the services already transferred you cannot bind any services on the old appliance any longer. Technically the old appliance will work as a router but I guess this is against the term and conditions of the Secure Upgrade. --Michael@BWC

Hi @Camilo if you're talking about Secure Upgrade (replacing old with new unit) than you should just register the new appliance first and transfer at a later point in time, this give you time to migrate. There is an option for doing it in a 2-step process. Not sure about the time frame, it will be showed in the the…

Hi @NeilC it seems that this kind of information is not available I checked in the UI and the TSR, but no luck. --Michael@BWC

Hi @shultis if you mean for the management then the answer is no. You can assign one cert for the management regardless of the interface/zone. And another cert for SSL-VPN. I usually issue certs from my internal CA with a bunch of SNI, so I can access without any warnings by IP address or names (internal or external ones).…

If I'am not totally mistaken I believe to remember that I've had working Tunnel Interface Policies to bintec-elmeg routers, but mostly Site-to-Site is the way to go, depending on the expertise of the other side :) --Michael@BWC

Hi @PeterT, there are Product Life Cycle Tables available if this is what you're looking for: I wouldn't expect much development for Gen 6/6.5 anymore, some house-keeping probably. --Michael@BWC

Hi @GAG I've never tried this before, but did you enabled User Login in the WAN Interface settings? Secondly your access rule WAN -> LAN needs to specfiy "Users included" like Everyone or specific users. No guarantee that this will work, but that's IMHO the 2 bases to cover. --Michael@BWC

Hi all, just to let you know because it was not possible to uninstall a rogue CC 3.0.1 on macOS the Support Team provided me a "tailored" uninstaller executable to get rid of the CC installation. This app scratched the CC and S1 files from my system. I decommissioned and deleted the endpoint from the Management and…

Maybe it's related how the mail itself is formatted and sometimes the ES is not able to detect the attachments and therefore not uploading them to the CaptureBox. Detection of attachments was also an issue not having them available in the Junkbox for manual download. I can't see a clear pattern at this point. --Michael@BWC

Hi @THK, yes, 3.1.0 seems to be replaced by 3.1.1, not exactly the meaning of self-managed :) --Michael@BWC

Hi @SuroopMC it seems that at least for one endpoint the update of the S1 engine worked, thanks for fixing this. But one endpoint is "deeply insulted" and needs to be motivated to update, because of: "Will not attempt to retry download and install 'SentinelOne 4.1.5.97 ' because the client has exceeded its max retry limit"…

Hi all, restarting the Update Manager Service was the temporary fix in 8.7, not sure if this counts for 9.2 as well. --Michael@BWC

The S1 packages seem to be incorrectly named, or whatever. Is anyone really using this product? 08/03/2020 01:54:41 PM ses[5516:4752] Warning DOMAIN\administrator Attempting to download and install 'SentinelOne 4.1.5.97 ' on the 2nd retry 08/03/2020 01:54:41 PM ses[5516:4752] Error DOMAIN\administrator failed to download…

Oh my, while having a few endpoints still working with CC, an upgrade to the latest CC and S1 engine ended in this: "Attempting to download and install 'SentinelOne 4.1.5.97 ' on the 5th retry" - now I have to figure out what that means, every new update, new surprises. UPDATE: another endpoint (at another location,…

@Halon, that means it is fixed and we can all scan happily ever after ... wait what? Maybe DPI-SSL will get another try in SonicOS 7, does anybody know if this part will rewritten as well? --Michael@BWC
