Hi guys, thanks for joining the conversation. My point being, doing the same thing over and over again is a total waste. The response to my ticket from the support team was: "attach the latest TSR,exp and Trace Logs to the case.". But why should I do this? The issue is explained clearly (I put some effort into this) and it…

Hi @Larry, I also checked for you and had some trouble connecting, but after a while it worked, once. Network Analysis in the browser showed all kind of errors from ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED to ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT. Given the results of the SSL Labs server check, maybe it's related to their system, preferring weak ciphers…

Hi @AgasthiamaniS yes it should (in theory) but it doesn't. I'am opening a ticket right away, this is how it looks like on a SMA 100 series, but it's the same on 1000 series. Laurent (my go to guy for Aventail) told me that HTML5 RDP on 1000 is a port from the 100 series, which explains the same behavior. --Michael@BWC

But hurry 😂 Please note that Classic Mode will be discontinued from December 31,2020. Please ensure that you are able to operate within Contemporary Mode EDIT: That was a joke obviously 😉 --Michael@BWC

Hi @DanielTP what certificate is shown in your browser? Looks good from my side of the view. --Michael@BWC

@samaj a commercial certificate does not make your installation any safer, technically there is no difference (encryption-wise speaking) between a commercial issued cert (with a private key) or a self-signed cert (with the exact same private key for example). The only knowledgeable difference is how the browser is handling…

Hi @Micah perfect, that is what I'am looking for. I was a bit concerned because of the SIP ALG, which is actually called ALG in the TSR. Stay safe. --Michael@BWC

Yep, that seems the minimum for SOHO 250 up to TZ 400. Same value, as mentioned before, redicules low for Gen7 devices but @MasterRoshi got it addressed. --Michael@BWC

That's what the TSR was telling me. --Michael@BWC

Hi @Ajishlal that's the listing I've got back in 2018 as well and I guess noone besides SNWL do have the full information because it's not published. --Michael@BWC

Hi @BrookChelmo thanks for looking into this. It was 2018 when I first reported this to my local contacts (SE and Territory Manager) and I'am having somewhat of a Deju-vu because the answer back than was similar. "Our data shows this not relevant". This might be true for the majority, but the problem is that there are…

Hi @Jaime thanks for the information, even it's very unfortunate, last chance to get the VPN status back into ZABBIX gone. Next stop, Gen7. --Michael@BWC

Hi @Ajishlal I checked on a NSA 3500 which is still running around, no problem there. So it's probably nothing which affects all Gen5. All good with the certificate? Can you enable HTTP on your LAN interface via SSH to check if the UI is still working? --Michael@BWC

Hi @preston that sounds OK to me, maybe it's related to this ODP/OFP wizardry in the background, who knows. --Michael@BWC

Hi @Saravanan thanks, but that looks like that there will be some more letters to come because what about Maintenance, Feature and Early Releases? --Michael@BWC
