Hi @Micah any progress on "SNMP the forgotten child"? --Michael@BWC

Hi @Sliderhome IMHO there is no "Safe Mode" like on Mikrotik Routers for example. All modifications are persistent, if you locked yourself out you need to find another way to get into the appliance, like from another interface or console. To be honest, in all the years it was pretty rare that I locked myself out, it can…

Hi @Simon @KaranM @DerekYu while cleaning up open cases/issues I'am still stumbling over that ongoing Radius-Challenge trouble. It's still there in 10.2.0.3. Will it be fixed or need I to give up on that? Radius-Challenge (2FA) is working fine in classic mode. Radius-Challenge in Contemporary Mode (SPOG) on Firefox is…

Hi @Faye the NSa 2650 account can grant your TZ account access by adding a user with the TZ login name, or you can transfer all appliances into a single MSW account. I guess running a single account is what you want because it's a single company? There is a transfer option for that , but you need access to both accounts.…

Hi @Phil_G does your work from home user on the NSa 2650 has the remote networks configured as well on the "VPN access" tab for that specific user? Did you checked the VPN -> LAN rules on the remote side that they cover your SSLVPN range as well? On the NSa 2650 I guess you're covered by the default rules, not 100% sure…

Hi all, this year comes to an end and I try to clean-up house by closing open issues to see if some potential show stoppers can be resolved. 1) short story It's back working as documented starting with 10.0.6 and 10.2.0.2, I couldn't find any reference in the Release Notes. It's somewhat broken for Terminal Services in…

Hi @Simon thanks, this is good news, when it's already fixed for SMA 1000, then I'am hopeful it'll happen someday on SMA 100. We uninstalled the hotfixes on 12.4 (SMA 1000) because it broke Radius Challenge and the customer is not in the mood to give it another try with the October hotfix which addresses this issue. Stay…

And SMA-2129 was opened if anyone runs into this. --Michael@BWC

Hi all, that's the current status, if anyone else is facing this: On discussion with the escalation engineer regarding this issue, there has been two Engineering bugs opened already for German Umlauts and Spanish Umlauts support on Firefox browser for HTML5 RDP bookmarks ( SMA-1192 and SMA-1299 ). Aa per Engineering , the…

I've got word from a SE that 4.1 requires IP Virtualization, so TSA is still the preferred choice. Would be great to have the Release Notes updated for TSA because it does not state any compatibility for W2K19, which is due to the fact it got released back in 2017. --Michael@BWC

Hi @MichaelA I always recommend running a Packet-Monitor for UDP 67,68 on that specific Interface (X1) to see what's going on. You should have a Wireshark near you for futher analaysis. But if your G3100 isn't offering anything you know where to look. --Michael@BWC

@John_Lasersohn after all these years, I never paid attention and it seems I never was in the situation where I needed to restore and having certs at the same time. Would be great to have an option to make a full backup, like on the SMA, including the certs as well. --Michael@BWC

@MasterRoshi to make a long story short, I guess we can conclude for 570/670 4 GB RAM 16 GB primary storage (*) 32 GB secondary storage built-in (TZ 670), up to 256 GB optional (*) 8 GB available and 8 GB reserved --Michael@BWC
