Hi @CCAdmin FYI a customer reported that the log entries I reported above are no longer there since Firmware 10.2.0.6. --Michael@BWC

This could be only resolved by Escalating by a SNWL Sales Engineer to Engineering. It was a problem at the backend, no change on the SMA needed. Now I'am golden til Summer of 2067. --Michael@BWC

Hi @stf I guess every SNWL customer got this by now, came in last night via e-Mail? Most of the initial questions remain open, but at least it seems that no data at SNWL got compromised. As previously communicated, SonicWall was the target of an attack by a highly sophisticated threat actor in mid-January. SonicWall’s…

Hi @djhurt1 did you gave Reset CFS Memory Cache and/or Reset CFS Persistent Cache a try on the Internal settings? (/diag.html). --Michael@BWC

I double checked, SMA 500v deployed from 10.2.0.5 OVA and SMA 500v updated to 10.2.0.5 via .sig both having the Files downloadable via VirtualOffice. Is it a VMware or Hyper-V deployment, maybe thats the difference? Mine are on ESXi. --Michael@BWC

Hi @ThK I checked on my SMA 500v and I was able to download them via VirtualOffice. You having problems on SMA 2x0/4x0 or 500v? On hardware appliance there seems to be a case a while back: --Michael@BWC

Hi @Thomas_Buergis welcome to the club, you can't change the link, it's hard wired, but I'am sure you can create a RFE for that (breeze of sarcasm included). --Michael@BWC

Hi, I tricked myself somehow. For the new deployment I forged a DNS enctry via /etc/hosts, which was working fine for creating the Connection inside of Mobile Connect. It was connecting to the SMA but then suddenly stops. Having the correct DNS record returned by the DNS resolver avoids this problem. Conclusion: No…

Hi @SuroopMC so you're telling I need to uninstall/reinstall CC to get the S1 Engine up to 4.1.6? If that's the case, Bravo 👏 --Michael@BWC

Hi @Simon yeah I saw that, only a single key seems to be wrongly assigned at the moment, maybe this can be adressed as well. --Michael@BWC

Hi @Bernhard_Winter well I'll keep my mouth shout but this discussion (last entries) is probably telling you where it is heading to. I addressed this in the past and my posts got deleted, so I made my mind up already. --Michael@BWC

And another one, 10.2.0.6 still having the same problem in contempory mode, classic is working fine though (for that matter). If MFA is so important to avoid weak authentication (and having them exposed via sql injection etc), why not fixing this? BTW, not having a domain selection list at the login throws a 404 for…

@ThK same happened to me, so I guess it's an Backend Issue, @SuroopMC and fellows will take of that I guess. --Michael@BWC

Hi @ThK I'am not 100% sure, but I believe I had an similar issue a while ago, needed to be fixed on the backend. It was right after releasing a "new" engine. 4.1.6 it is now, wow. --Michael@BWC

10.2.0.6 does not fixed my expired End Point Control like the Support was hoping for. --Michael@BWC
