But in your initial thread you mentioned that, "Capture ATP on a TZ 400 and 670 shows 50 and on a NSA 4600 the value is 900". so I got curious about those models because as per my knowledge it will support 300 files / hour with 5 concurrent files.

Hi @Saravanan, Sonicwall must be enhance the console cable. The new laptops not coming with Serial port and sonicwall wont support any other brand console cables as well. Please confirm the below model serial to USB converter, Sonicwall will support or not.
