Hi @samaj Can you try with below openssl command and let me know the status. openssl x509 -inform DER -in dpi-ssl-2048-sha2.cer -out dpi-ssl-2048-sha2.crt If above command giving error, please try as same as below openssl x509 -inform PEM -in dpi-ssl-2048-sha2.cer -out dpi-ssl-2048-sha2.crt

Hi @Chojin As I know that the upgrade should be incremental from one version to next. So you would have to upgrade 8.7 to next version then next like that. Before starting the upgrade, recommended to go through the each version release note.

Hi @samaj Your parameter have issue. you are trying to convert sha1 to sha2.

Hi @Chojin Upgrade your GMS to 9.3 it will work without flash support. 8.7 can be upgraded directly to GMS 9.3 version.

If you change the extension to .ZIP, you can open the archive and you will see 2 files, RunMSI and GVC Installer - RunMSI is what gives the "already installed" message - extract and run the GVC Installer file and run that, it should…
