Draytek to SOHO Site-to-Site VPN

Hi,

Need to urgently get a site-to-site VPN running between a Sonicwall SOHO fw SonicOS Enhanced 5.9.1.13-5o to Site-to-Site with a 2862 fw 3.9.3_BT

I have followed the guide here, https://www.draytek.com/support/knowledge-base/5349 but it doesn't work and I can't figure it out.

    You could verify the logs on the SonicWall to pin point the issue. Please ensure SonicWall acts as responder to get logs with precise clues.

    NB: IKE Phase 1 & 2 you can use the latest Encryption. Here I used DES.
