login and password for SonicWave 432e

Please tell me what the login and password are for SonicWave 432e. I'm trying to connect to it via the console. SonicWave asks for a user and password. It gives the user: admin and password: password but it doesn't let me in. I've also tried many other combinations (root, admin, empty). It's the same when logging in via the SonicWall GUI. SonicWave is bought second-hand. Can it have a different password set? Will resetting help? Is it safe when I have everything set to work?

    I will also add that the SonicWave 432e has updated its firmware and works properly with the TZ370.

    Is there any way to re-register a SonicWall device to your mysonicwall.com account if it is registered to another one?
    I mean the SonicWave 432e that I am asking about in this post.
    That is, the device has a new owner but the previous one is unknown.
